Hold a tic. First, I looked at Greg again from when he was at the beginning of the comic, and he sure didn't have vampire red eyes then. Second, Sergio's clearly repeated this pattern of befriend/obsess/mindcontrol then vampirize. Third, Greg and Sergio have been hanging around for at least 4 years. This all leads to the question:
