Hmm, so let me get this straight… There are humans, Beastmen, Nai'ka and vampires. Humans that know magic are elves and vampirism is like a disease that humans (and presumably Beastmen) can get… Anything else I'm missing?

Every moment while my computer was away getting fixed, I knew I was missing a new page. The reward? A slight story development! Listen to Cynthia, giraffe cop and asshat cop, don't listen to the hipster! You should know not to trust people who wear bright purple pants (besides 5 year old me, that thought it looked "pretty". You should probably just burn younger me's pants. Or all purple pants).
And asshat cop is right. Humans (and beings as sentient as humans, which, besides awesome possible powers and certain features, practically are humans) are animals too. So all murder is animal cruelty, regardless of who you murder?
