I’m guessing she’s freaking out because she tried touching the equivalent of a magic black hole where her sister’s friend/boyfriend/roomate/they’re-weird’s arm should be?
I was thinking that because fairies eat magic, it probably gave her a weird feeling when she tried to funnel magic into the magic eating beast?
