Her name is Myra. But yeah I plan for them to eventually have roles in this comic. You can see their preliminary redesigns here: http://skyscrapersoup.com/?p=248 They look pretty different from their Rift versions I guess.
As for how long it takes, eh, it depends, minimum is about an hour and a half. It doesn't actually take very long.
