2-1: Hoofin’ it
I almost got this in while it was still tuesday. I just have so much stuff to do right now it’s hard to keep up, plus I was sick yesterday and that didn’t help. Fortunately I did get my largish stack of comics inked today.
The chapter one book is coming soon. I was planning to do kickstarter to finance printing the book but now there’s probably not enough time before Otakon to actually run the thing.
I think I’m going to get a smallish stock printed up for the con and then do the kickstarter so I can print more. I’m still waiting on my proof copy from the printer (i.e. I ordered one book) The shipping cost almost as much as the book, causing it to cost nearly as much as what I wanted to sell them for. I may need to look for a cheaper printer and/or reevaluate what I can sell them for.

Related, is "Wall full of Dead Guys" a band in the Worst Idea verse? Because if so this is the most awesome thing since Gabry and Liam showed up again.

A random dead person, who may or may not be elaborated on later in this chapter. She is both the wrong age and species to be Nicole, though.

Am I the only one noticing Jeremy's eyes are multi coloured?
It looks more like the 'dark' eye is just turned enough at our angle that there is very little blue to see.
Wow, that last chapter: INTENSE! And now we have a Cynthia-centered story-line? Awesome. I wonder how much time has passed from the previous chapter to now.
How adorable is Kimmie? She can barely look over the counter, it is so cute!
Also, WMG time: Jeremy not only works there, but is related to Bunnie, perhaps being a bunny!boy himself. It seems like only animal people work there, from the concept sketches of the other employees and Cynthia, but no other human employees. So, just tossing this out there. It would go along with Kytri's statement that there is something special going on with this version of Jeremy.
I was kind of thinking that this took place before the events of Chapter 1, like a prequel. I guess because Chapter 1 started a few years before the main plot, that this chapter might too.
You were, of course, pretty much spot-on on all of that, with the exception of him being related to Bunnie. He might be, but it hasn't been clarified yet.
It looks like Jeremy bleaches his hair in this universe – or is that just lighting? Anyways, seeing him makes me :DDD
After taking another look at the sketch blog intro of Kimmie and Bunnie, I'd like to just say that I'm glad Bunnie doesn't look like so much of a lech in the comic. :)
